I first posted this house at 63 Cornerbrook Drive at the end of February.

It is a 3 bathroom, 2 bedroom semi on a 30.07 x 199.37 foot lot.

It is a good house and it was listed at $539,900.

Problem was, it literally overlooked the DVP.  You can see the DVP onramp lamps in the backyard...

What I hadn't noticed when I posted it was that it had most recently been listed in 2010 for $359,900.

Ummm, so they just switched the first two number of the asking price around and went for it this year!?! 

It's like a game of Ten Chances on The Price is Right (Bob's reaction at 3:51 is the best!)...

But those were the days when  you could get a car for under $7,000...

This house didn't sell at $539,900 so they dropped the price a few days ago to $529,900 (I didn't see a 2 in the original price....)

It just sold...

For $515,000.
