And it went for....

This house at 77 Badgerow Avenue in Leslieville was listed a few weeks ago.

It was listed at $789,000.  I thought it had a LOT of potential, and considering that a 12 foot wide rowhouse at 54 Badgerow sold for $651,000 in September 2011, I thought this house would go way over, maybe even into the 9s.

But I guess there were too many walls to knock down and a few readers had issues with the surrounding houses.

This house sold over but just....

At $795,000.

This house needs a lot of work but I still think the person who bought this got it for a great price.
