And it went for....

Two days ago, I posted this house at 5 Miles Place, also known as 58 Garnet Avenue Rear.

I really, really liked it.

It was listed at $649,000.

I thought, if it was actually possible to get a car bigger than a Fiat into that parking spot (though I have no idea how you actually get in there)....then this house could sell for $701,000.

I even said maybe it could go for $715,000 but I was thinking that might be a little crazy.

This house sold....

For $662,558.

Guess you can only fit a one seater Dutch bicycle into that spot...

Though it does look like an Juri Zaech Arnold bicycle would fit...

Or a Mathilde...

Or a Megan Elton....
