This is a 3+1 bedroom, 2+1 bathroom semi on a 16.58 x 100 foot lot at 197 Victor Avenue in Riverdale.

It was first listed a few weeks ago for $799,000.

Not sure what happened but the price was raised nine days later to $839,000.

It is a good house with a great backyard with a garage.

The only problem for me is that it is located on a laneway.

I agreed that the house was too low at $799,000 but I thought the new price might be a little high.  I thought something more like $829,000.

It sold 2 days after the price increase...

For $825,000.
