Though I am not really into the interior look of this house and there is a LOT of red brick and wood work happening, this is a really impressive house.
It is located at 380 Moses Point Road just northwest of Sidney on Vancouver Island.
The property and views are amazing!
It reminds me a lot of the waterfront house in Victoria at 1075 Noble Road in my last post that was listed at $11,498,000 and has dropped its price to $8,900,000.
This house is 5 bedrooms, 10 bathrooms and only sits on 2 acre instead of 4.94. It doesn't have a tennis court like Noble and it is actually just outside Sidney, not Victoria.
That is probably why it is priced a lot less.
It still isn't cheap though but it is a lot of property and house with fancy woodwork and brick work.
The listing price of this house is $3,995,000.
Oh, and you can rent out 2 rooms. At least that is what I got from the listing.
