PRICE DROP - 18 Cluny Drive - ROSEDALE

I didn't think I was going to see this happen!  I thought they would wait it out at their price!!!

This house in South Rosedale has been listed since October 2011.  It was priced at $9,985,000.

It didn't sell and was re-listed (and re-staged) in August with another agent for $9,900,000.

It is a 5+1 bedroom, 9 bathroom house on a 53.28 x 258.46 ravine lot.  It isn't my style (I would want new floors and to paint the kitchen at least) but I could see someone liking it.  But clearly no one is liking it at that price.

It has been dropped.

The new price is $8,980,000.

Still overpriced but they are clearly more determined to sell!!
