PRICE DROP #3 - 548 Richmond Street West - FASHION DISTRICT
This office/residence has been for sale since June 2012.
It was first listed at $4,200,000.
Sure, it has won awards but it is 20 years old and that kitchen could use some work.
It didn't sell and the price was dropped to $3,990,000 in September.
Again, it didn't sell and the price was dropped in January to $3,900,000.
At the time, I said we were probably going to see another price drop...
And we have.
The new price is $3,600,000.

P.S. Looks like the neighbour who loved perfect hedges has moved but....
