As far as new builds go, this is by FAR one of the best.
It is 3+1 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms on a 20 x 150 foot lot but, for the price, it seems kind of small.
This house was initially listed in October for $1,625,000.
I thought it was overpriced and would probably sell closer to $1,425,000. Then a few hours later, I thought even that was too high. I was thinking maybe $1,325,000.
But it is a REALLY nice house if this is your style. It just isn't very big.
The price has been dropped...
To $1,565,000.
