PRICE DROP - 56A Clarendon Avenue - SOUTH HILL

Considering that the house at 56B Clarendon attached to this house in South Hill sold for $1,415,000 in May 2012, I thought the listing price for this house at 56A Clarendon was a bit high.

It's basically the same house with a dark kitchen instead of a white kitchen.  It was listed at $1,549,000.

I thought it was more of a mid $1.4 house.

It hasn't sold and the price has been dropped....

To $1,495,000.
