I originally posted this Victoria, BC house at 1045 Noble Road in July 2012.  

It was listed at $11,498,000.

It is 10,688 square feet, 6 bedrooms, 9 bathrooms (including the guest house) and it sits on an insane 4.94 acre lot on the waterfront.

It isn't really my style on the inside but it is a beautiful house.  And they must have a LOT of gardeners. 

Maybe that is why this place hasn't sold and has had a price drop.

I am not sure when it happened but this house is no longer listed at $11.5 million.

The new price is $8,900,000.

More like it or still WAAAY overpriced?
