It was listed at $569,900.

It is 1+1 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and it sits on a 19.08 x 45.87 feet and there is no parking.

Is it just me?

This seems like a lot of money for this place.

I suppose you could rent out the basement apartment but with only one bedroom upstairs, it kind of limits the possibilities.  Plus, it looks like there is a storage issue.

But it does come with the wood shelves in the kitchen and the mirror in the front hall.

Oh, and a front yard koi pond.

And I suppose if the house at 126 Manning Avenue sold for $557,000, then this price isn't so crazy after all.
