This 6+1 bedroom (I do not understand this), 3 bathroom semi in Roncesvalles was listed at $849,900.

That is $120,000 less than the 6+1 bedroom detached that just sold around the corner at 144 Galley Avenue that was listed at $969,900 and sold for $1,023,000.

Even though this house is a semi and is on a smaller lot at 19 x 122.7 feet, it feels bigger and like it needs less work.   

With that kitchen and those bathrooms, it is move right in but it could use work.

So, it was no surprise that this house sold over asking.

It sold in 8 days...

For $945,000.

Gotta say....Roncesvalles is getting REALLY close to Riverdale prices!
