SOLD - 21 Howland Avenue - ANNEX
Ummm...
This house was listed mid-January for $1,595,000 (how did I miss this one!?!).
It just sold.....for $1,511,000.
The look of the kid in the front hall painting says it all...
WTF!?!
Clearly the person who lives here likes to sculpt.
My favourite thing in this house is the painting in the living room...
Uh, what is SHE looking at!?!
I don't really know what is going on here AT ALL but the house is beautiful.
Somethings could use updating and some rooms look long and narrow but it could be great.
And clearly, if someone was able to see past the statues here, there is someone who will see past the TWO statues at 53 Ava Road!!!
