SOLD - 934 Ossington Avenue - DOVERCOURT PARK

If this house looks familiar, it isn't because you have read about it on this site.

But you might have read about it in The Globe and Mail or the Toronto Star.

Let's just say, there isn't a happy story behind it which is why some people feel this house has been on the market since November 2011.

It was listed then at $973,000.

It didn't sell and they dropped the price to $949,000 in March 2012.  But I guess that didn't help either because they dropped the price again in April 2012 to $849,000.

I guess it didn't sell then either because it was relisted at the beginning of February 2013 for $949,000.

When a reader (thanks T) sent this listing into me the other day pointing out the history of the house, he also pointed out the video tour music...

It is REALLY creepy.

He actually likened it to the Cold Case theme song...

But apparently none of this mattered to someone because according to another reader (thanks M), this house just sold....

For $900,000.
