I've got to say, I kind of like the purple!  And the pink dining room!  And the wallpaper in the master bedroom!!!!!

This house is beautiful.  It has lots of bedrooms and the backyard is big and south facing.

But it is a busy street.  It might not sell for listing but it will sell close.

I'm thinking closer to $2,775,000.
