$3,450,000!?!?!?!?!

That is the asking price for this 4+2 bedroom, 5 bathroom new build on a 34.25 x 129.75 foot lot in Governor's Bridge.

This is what it used to look like after it was listed in 2010 for $1,120,000....

It is now listed $2,330,000 higher.

I am assuming this house shows a LOT better than how it shows in the pictures....but $3,450,000!?!

There is a lot you can buy in this neighbourhood or surrounding neighourhoods like Moore Park, Leaside, or Rosedale for that price.

Which is why I am REALLY confused as to why this listing no longer exists on all the agents' sites!  It is still on MLS but MLS can be slow on taken sold houses down.

There wasn't a buyer out there who paid $3,450,000 for this place, was there!?!

And are you as confused about that garage as I am?  I know the photo is distorted but the height of that garage is shorter than the height of the door!  How does that work!?!

I just don't get this listing at all.
