This 5+2 bedroom, 4 bathroom semi on a 22 x 127 foot lot is pretty tired right now but could be great.
Here is a picture of what it looked like 2 years ago so they have done some prettying up.
But they forgot to get rid of the ceiling cobwebs before taking the listing photos....
Even though this could be a move in house, if you are going to spend a $1 million+, I am assuming you are going to do some fixing up.
And considering that a similar house at 81 Howland Avenue sold for $1,500,000, the price tag of $1,349,000 for this house seems more than reasonable.
Except this isn't located in the Annex. Instead, it is just south of Bloor. And the lot is narrower than Howland but does have a detached garage in the back.
The backyard doesn't look super large in these pictures but the lot size seems okay. I am not sure what is going on with this rusted out utility pole though...
There is a lot of potential here.
But considering how close it is to Bloor, I am not sure this will go for ask.
I don't think it will go for much less but I don't think it will go over. Probably high $1.2s or low $1.3s.
