Remember this bungalow on a ravine lot at 15 Lichen Place in Brookbanks that was listed in March 2012* for $875,000 and sold for $899,000?

With a little work, it could have been an amazing restoration.

But, the reader (thanks Jake!) who sent in the listing in the first place did a drive by recently.

And he sent in a picture of what it looks like now....

Ooof...

But should we be surprised?

I don't think so but JEESH.

I just hope they didn't throw out this light (I love it even though it is a little heavy looking)...
