This semi at 91 Fermanagh Avenue in Roncesvalles was listed a couple of weeks ago.

It is basically a gutter but as one reader (thanks J!) who is looking in the neighbourhood said after going to the open house...'it had such great bones and the location is so perfect that we considered it'

But I guess she wasn't the only one!

This house that was listed at $589,000 that I thought would sell for $613,000 sold WAY over.

Even though it needs TONS of work, this semi just sold...

For $675,180.

This will be a good one for the new 'And here it is now....' feature!
