So, they did a good job fixing it up.  And once the cedar wears, it will look even better.

It is 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms on an 18.92 x 92.9 foot lot.  But there is no parking.

So, with an asking price of $1,079,900, I thought it was way over priced.

I thought it would sell for closer to $959,000....$989,000 if the parking was an issue.

Guess the parking wasn't an issue OR the staging.

This house just sold...

For $1,050,000.
