It is located right in the middle of Peterborough, Lindsay, and Bobcaygeon. And it is really close to Devil's Elbow.
There is farm land, flat land, sand pits, a pond for skating in the winter....
So, if you are looking for an old farm house, are up for a BIG project, and have $519,000, this is the place for you.
Because, according to the reader who sent in the listing, this place hasn't been touched in 25 years. There was an addition put onto the house at some point but the house itself is as it was in 1988. Same wallpaper and everything.
