PRICE DROP #3 - 18 Tranby Avenue - ANNEX

I first posted this 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom house on a 25 x 77 foot lot just steps to Avenue Road in December, three months after it was initially listed for $1,695,000.

It needs a LOT of work but could be really great.  There is just no room for expansion, plus there is no parking.

By the time I posted it, it had been dropped to $1,625,000.  I thought it was going to go closer to $1,495,000.

Well, it didn't sell and they dropped the price again to $1,588,000.

It was clearly still too high because it has been relisted and the price is now....

$1,518,000.

Only $23,000 more to go!!!
