This 1+1 bedroom, 3 bathroom house on a 53.5 x 69.5 foot lot in Rosedale might not look amazing in the pictures, but in real life, the outside of this house is great.  

It is just one of those houses that you think someone would pay a premium for because it is so unique, and charming, and welcoming.  

That is why it was first listed at $1,899,000 in September.

Obviously, since this is only a 1 bedroom and is located on a pretty busy corner lot, that price was too high and they had to drop it.

When it was first listed, I was thinking, for the right buyer, this could sell for $1,699,000.

But by the time the second drop to $1,749,000 happened in January, I was thinking more $1,629,000.

Again it didn't sell and the price was dropped in February to $1,679,000.

As I mentioned then, this is probably a $1,329,000 house but it is an emotional house.  One that I am sure someone has been wanting since WAY before it was listed.

So, perhaps this new price drop will help.

The new price is $1,595,000.
