What is going on here!?!

This house was posted as sold on MLS in December.

It was originally listed in September for $3,280,000 until the price was dropped to $2,650,000.

It apparently sold for $2,260,000.

So why is it listed again for $2,880,000!?!?!?!?!

This seems to be happening a lot lately.....just saying.
