This house was last listed in August 2012.

It is 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms on a 50 x 130.41 foot lot.  

As I mentioned in my previous post, the floors look a little rough, there is too much unpainted wood for me, the kitchen would be better opened up to the family room....I have no idea what that room with the solarium is about.

Basically, it needs work and I think there is a specific buyer for this home.  The location is kind of busy but it is a lot of house.  Just not currently my style.

The original price was $2,095,000.

Compared to similar houses that had recently sold in the neighbourhood, I thought this was more of a mid to high $1.9 house.

The new price is $1,999,000.

I still don't think it will go that high but I still think mid $1.9s.
