SOLD - 117 Riverdale Avenue - RIVERDALE
So....
$1,265,000 for the detached 4+1 bedroom, 3 bathroom house that just sold at 219 Bain Avenue...
Or $1,250,000 for this 4+1, 4 bathroom flipped semi around the corner that sold last week?
This house feels bigger on the first floor but it isn't as bright and it is clearly a flip where as Bain felt like an addition done by a family for a family.
This house is fine. The backyard is dirt like Bain...
But why is there a second sink in the third floor washroom? It doesn't look like it would be possible to use that thing? It reminds me of the bathroom at 22 Fairview where you couldn't stand up in parts or hang a mirror. There is no longer a video for that house and I am pretty sure it never sold but it had to do with the price and not necessarily the washroom.
Since this is a flip (btw, it was listed at $599,900 less than a year ago), this house is newer than Bain but once a new kitchen is in that house, it will be great....
So....this house or Bain?
With a new kitchen.... I am going with Bain hands down.
But both make 269 Bain look like a bargain!!!
