SOLD - 580 Palmerston Avenue - SEATON VILLAGE (click to see full post)
This semi located just north of Bloor Street on a 17.58 x 125 foot lot was on the market for 4 days.
It is 4+1 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms with 1 parking spot. Though I don't love one of the only 2 washrooms shown (which means the other 2 probably aren't amazing either), this is a REALLY good house. It isn't huge but it is a really good size.
It has clearly had a reno as it was last listed in November 2010 for $775,000.
I am not sure if the kitchen is IKEA because I don't recognize those smaller cabinets underneath the uppers (would have preferred open shelves there), but if it is IKEA, I have noooo problem with that.
As I mentioned in my February newsletter, with some personal touches, they can look amazing. So amazing that well-known designers even use them!
This is a move right in house (even though I don't love that washroom that looks like it might not have been part of the reno, but not certain) and the backyard is great with a good fence (those things aren't cheap).
Plus it is in a hot location.
It was listed at $1,079,000.
And as I mentioned, it sold in 4 days....
For $1,250,000.
Was it just me, or when you saw this chair....
Is this the first thing that came to your mind?
