This isn't a huge house and it needs to be gutted but that isn't why I am posting it.
I am posting it because it sits on a huge 90 x 120 foot lot. When I saw that and the interior photos, all I thought about was dividing up the property into 3 lots. And with a $1,099,000 price tag, I thought this was a HUGE opportunity.
But then I went to the Google street view. This is the lot from the side...

So...I am not really sure how, or even if, it is possible to split up this lot.
But with an asking price of $1,099,000, you could buy it, gut it, and put up a huge addition (maybe)!
It's just kind of a weird location.
