When I first looked at the photos for this house, I thought there is no WAY this wouldn't sell overasking.
It's detached, is 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, has a finished basement with a separate entrance, sits on a 20 x 147 foot lot....has a parking spot and a garage....
Then I realized the garage was part of the neighbour's house.
But this house still has 2 laneway spots.*
And the whole house is move right in.
It might not be modern but it is more than fine. I don't love the fireplace thing or the mismatched railings on the stairs but otherwise, this house could be great with less 'stagey' furniture. Though the bedrooms do seem a little small but that could be the angle.
This house is listed at $899,900.
I think this is going over a million.
Maybe $1,035,000. Who knows! Maybe even higher.
It is detached after all.
*UPDATE: thanks to Jeff for pointing out that this house DOES have a garage, not just 2 laneway spots. But it is in the back. I was talking about the garage to the side of the house.
