Looks like someone saw the potential in this detached 3+1 bedroom, 2 bathroom house at 126 Argyle Street in Beaconsfield Village.

It doesn't look great now but this could easily get updated and be an amazing house.

It was listed at $649,000.

I thought it would sell closer to 7. 

It sold in 8 days....

For $750,000.

I really want to see what this one looks like in a year!!!
