Neighbours be damned!!!

This house at 262 Lisgar Street sold after being listed for 7 months!!!

It was first listed at $1,499,000 which I thought was crazy.

The flip isn't the worst but I wouldn't say it is the best.  And I REALLY want to paint that brick on the inside.

I thought it was more of a $1,250,000 house...maybe a bit more.

The price dropped 3 times with the most recent being a couple of days ago to $1,299,000.

It sold....

For $1,280,000.

They saw all those chairs on the front porch of the neighbour's house, right?  

Even if the flip isn't your thing, you have to admit....those look like good quality windows!!!
