Even though this house at 67 Garden Avenue in Roncesvalles was listed at $889,000 in January 2012 and didn't sell....

And even though they dropped the price in March 2012 to $799,000 and there was again no sale....

And even though it didn't sell again at the April 2012 price increase to $849,000....

This house just sold over asking after being relisted at another the highest asking price of $899,000!!!

It sold....

For $945,000.
