This house is located at 2187 Gisby Street in West Vancouver. It is 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms on a 0.631 acre lot with a great view.
If you don't like concrete, you aren't going to like this place.
But if you like the look the of Barton Myer's personal home in Montecito, California (the designer of the house in my last post at 51 Roxborough Drive in Toronto)...
Then you will probably like this place.
But this house was designed by Frances Zago.
It's a little more sleek than Myer's house but with a few rugs and different couches, this could be a little more relazed. Unless, of course, you prefer sleek.
Speaking of sleek, look at this driveway...
I wonder how much that astroturf strip cost.
This house is listed at $7,900,000.
Like the Roxborough house, it is also probably a million or so overpriced, but it is fun to look at!
P.S. Do you think a teenager lives in that room above the garage? That would be pretty amazing....
