PRICE DROP - 116 Glen Road - ROSEDALE

This is not a super large house, it has basically no yard, and if people think traffic is busy at 130 Glen Road, then this section is even worse.  

It is 4+1 bedroom, 4 bathroom house on an irregular 80 x 59 foot lot.  It has been redone by a flipper but I don'tlove it.  It's fine, but it's not amazing, at least not for the price that they want.

This house was listed in September 2010 for $1,100,000.  It didn't sell so they dropped the price in October 2010 to $995,000.

When they first listed this after the flip, they priced it at $3,280,000.

My first response was....

It didn't sell and they dropped the price in February to $2,990,000.

It didn't sell and they have dropped the price again....

To $2,780,000.

This is not selling for what they want it to sell for...
