PRICE DROP #2 - 125 Macperhson Avenue - SUMMERHILL

I first posted this house at the end of March.

It looks small from the front but there is a big extension at the back with beautiful floor to ceiling windows and the whole interior has been redone.  It is very masculine and I really like it.

Things is, it isn't super big and it is only 2 bedrooms.

So when it was listed at $2,195,000, when the 2 bedroom at 218 Cottingham Avenue just on the other side of Avenue Road sold for $1,490,000 in June, I was pretty certain this house was going to have price drops.

And it has.

This house first dropped its price at the end of April to $2,095,000.

It hasn't sold and the price has been dropped again...

To $1,995,000.

It's a nice house but it is still a semi and only 2 bedrooms.

There will be another drop.
