PRICE DROP - 9 Rostrevor Road - CEDARVALE

This is a 4+1 bedroom, 4 bathroom house on a 54 x 115 foot lot.

It was listed in 2011 for $1,079,000.

Someone bought it, updated it and it listed again in May 2012 for $1,729,000.  It didn't sell and it was relisted a few weeks ago at $1,679,000.

It's hard to tell, but it looks like the layout on the first floor might be a little odd.  And I am not a fan of the front door being so open to the dining room.  Or having the dining room in what feels like the front hall.  

But perhaps it doesn't feel that way in person.

Regardless of the layout, this is a good sized house with a big lot.  I didn't think it would sell for the most recent listing price but I didn't think it would sell for much less.

It still hasn't sold and the price has been dropped again.
