PRICE INCREASE - 80R Crescent Road - ROSEDALE

Increase!?!

This renovated 2+1 bedroom, 4 bathroom coach condo was first listed in March for $3,495,000.

Yeah....WAY too much.

It's a great house but at $3.5 million?  I don't think so.

Looks like no one else was interested at that price either as the price for this place dropped a few weeks ago to $2,590,000.

I still thought it would go closer to $2,450,000.  

But it didn't sell.

So...why did they raise the price to $2,690,000!?!

I don't get it.
