SOLD - 329 Perth Avenue - JUNCTION TRIANGLE
A few readers have emailed in about this house (thanks!).
It is a 3+1 bedroom, 2 bathroom semi on a 17.92 x 125 foot lot in the Junction.
It was listed at $589,900.
It sold for $###,###.
But considering that the house with the same amazing panoramic tour at 83 Cambell Avenue was listed at $549,000 and sold for $685,000...
Is it really a surprise that this sold over?
Well, according to a reader in the neighbourhood (thanks G) who bought her detached house last year in the 5s, it is surprising.
So, what is going on in the Junction? Feel free to disagree or add your own opinions, but I just think those that are getting priced out of Roncesvalles and High Park are seeing an opportunity. New restaurants and new stores are opening all the time. It's just a good, more affordable place to buy now.
At least it was....
