Remember a year ago when people were freaking out in the Globe and Mail because a bungalow on a 60 foot lot sold $421,800?

It was listed at $759,000 and sold for $1,180,800.

Well.....I wonder how those people are going to feel about this!

This small bungalow on a 50 x 110 foot was listed at $1,450,000.

It sold for $1,410,000.

Is that crazy!?!

When the new owners are probably going to build a house like the one around the corner from 442 Glengrove Avenue....

A new build that will be bought by a hot pink sweater, yellow Maserati driving middle aged guy...

Something like the house right across the street....

I don't think so.
