Don't let the size of the front of this 3+1 bedroom, 3 bathroom house on an 18 x 120 foot lot deceive you.
There is a LOT of house in there.
The living room and dining room aren't huge but there is a big addition past the kitchen creating a large family room and a big bedroom upstairs. The kitchen is big enough to have a table and, though I don't love but am okay with the layout, the kitchen itself has probably seen better days.
So, have the bathrooms.
There also seems to be a weird layout on the second floor.

This house is listed at $899,000.
It is move right in but could use a good $100,000 of fix ups.
But once that is done, you would have a 4 bedroom house with better or no posts, a new kitchen, new bathrooms, and floor to ceiling wall of glass at the back. Those windows are nice as is but imagine if it was something like this...
I think it this house will sell fast and over asking.
If the 4 bedroom at 156 Langley Avenue that didn't have a family room can sell for $979,900...
Then once this place is converted to 4 bedrooms and a new kitchen, then this could be close to a $1.1 house once it is done. But 156 Langley had parking for 2 cars.
That no parking thing might be an issue here.
Still, I think this house will sell closer to $965,000.
That family room and garden just kind of sell it.
Now...if they could talk to the neighbours about that green paint.....
