There have been a few changes like the front door which now looks like the door of the new build across the street...
The hole in the chimney is gone, the window above the front door was made bigger....

It is now listed at $2,395,000.
Were all the changes worth $245,000?
With all the taxes and fees on top of all the changes....
Probably.
But, this house has been listed since the end of April.
Perhaps people are feeling that all the changes were even necessary (though that fireplace was!).
