The outside of the building that houses this 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom loft in Roncesvalles isn't the most exciting but this is a good loft.

The conversion was completed in 2000 so things like the kitchen and perhaps the washrooms could use some updating but this is a great space.

It kind of reminds me of the loft in Leslieville at 254 Carlaw Avenue that I posted a year ago.

And both remind me of the loft in the Selby video with Lucy Chadwick for Zara...

This loft is bright, it isn't huge at 700-799 square feet, but it feels spacious.  There is no parking which might be a problem for some, especially since this street can be busy.

The asking price is $379,900.  That might be a little high for a one bedroom without parking but the condo fees are only $224.37/month.  

Not a bad option if you want to get into the neighbourhood.

I just don't get why this in the listing.
