This is a good 3+1 bedroom, 4 bathroom house on a 49 x 153 foot lot.

Problem is, it is only 3 bedrooms and the whole backyard is deck.  Not a lot of people will be into that.

And it was listed at $1,659,000.

I thought it would be more of a $1,549,000 house....maybe less.

It hasn't sold and the price has been dropped....

To $1,539,000.

Perhaps if they should throw James...James SinJeann Smmmm'eye'th into the deal...

Or get rid of him altogether!

That thing creeps me out and I am sure I am not alone.
