The same house that I loved and at first confused for this house in Forest Hill that I have always loved...

(they don't really look alike, do they?)

But needed a LOT of work to bring it to what it should/could be....

It was first listed at $2,399,000.

Though I never said it, I think this is more of a high $1.9/low $2 million house.  The house could be great but needs close to $1,000,000 to be the house I imagine it could be.

So the price was too high.

The price has been dropped to $2,199,000.

There is sooo much potential here but I still think it is too high.
