This house has been listed for a while.

It is a VERY charming house but it is really only one bedroom and it sits on a very busy corner lot.

So the initial list in September of $1,899,000 was way too high.

I thought they might be able to find a buyer who just love this house and would pay $1,699,000....maybe even $1,750,000.  But I also pointed out that, for a 1 bedroom, it was crazy.

Guess they didn't find anyone who loved it THAT much and the price was dropped to $1,749,000 in January.

Still no takers and though I thought it could sell for $1,629,000 now, I still thought the right price was probably something closer to $1,329,000.

Again it didn't sell and the price was dropped to $1,679,000 in February.

No takers.

The price was dropped again in April to $1,595,000.

There is a buyer out there somewhere for this place!  They just need to find the right price.

But I don't think the new price drop is it yet.

This house is now listed at $1,499,000.

I'm sticking with $1,329,000.

P.S. Perhaps the house war time bungalow next door is having any effect on the sale...

Possibly, but I think it just the price.
