This is a 5+1 bedroom, 7 bathoom house on a 50 x 174 foot lot.
It is big, and though it isn't necessarily my favourite style, you have to admit that this is pretty great for a new(ish)* build.
Inside isn't really my style either but it is versatile and could be changed with different paint and maybe some new fireplace surrounds.
With a little change to the fireplace, you could easily get this type of look if you wanted (without the dark floors)....
Or leave it as is.
This house was listed at $2,750,000.
It sold for $2,665,000.
It makes the March 2012 asking price of $4,550,000 for the house at 124 Glencairn Avenue seem almost not so crazy. Almost.
P.S. Is the office IN the dressing room? That's kind of weird.
*UPDATE: thanks to the reader for pointing out that this house was built in the 80s. Explains the green marble which I forgot to mention.
