Who would have guessed!?!

Who would have guessed from looking at the outside of this 3+1 bedroom, 4 bathroom house on a 26.61 x 78.75 foot lot with parking for 2 cars in Summerhill...

That I would LOOOOOVE the inside!?!

It's amazing.

And it immediately reminded me of the store around that corner called L'Atélier....

It's an amazing store owned by designer Youssef Hasbani.

Here is is talking about the store and design at the IDS12...

And guess what....

After a little Googling, I found this picture from a 2004 Canadian House and Home article about Hasbani's house at the time....

It's the same Hermès blanket and side tables that are in this house!

So, it has to be Hasbani's house.

It's basically like walking through his store!  It's the exact same!!

But he has sold.

This house was listed at $1,995,000.

It sold for $1,925,000.

If you are into some of this stuff, like the guy in the corner wearing soccer shoes and socks...

Or some masks...

Or just an amazing piece of furniture...

 I would head to his store soon.  

He could be downsizing and that furniture has to be sold somewhere!!!
