10 Navy Wharf Court PH01 - CITY PLACE

If this kitchen looks familiar, it is because it was an episode in Season 4 of Sarah Richardson's show on HGTV called Design Inc..

According to the show's website, the condo board was very strict but they were able to create some originality in this space.  Basically, they were able to create a fancier version of this kitchen...

This space should be fancier though because it is a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom penthouse with a 300 square foot storage locker and 2 parking spots.

And the asking price is $1,349,000.

There is are a LOT of 3 bedroom options in this city for this price that aren't condos, but they don't all have the view.  But they also don't have the month fees of $1,394 on top of the mortgage.

Regardless of the condo fees, this is a really nice condo.  Sure, the furniture kind of makes the whole space, but the kitchen and bathrooms are designed by Sarah Richardson and the rooms are big.

I think for a condo at this price though, I would be more into something like the freehold condo at 190 Lowther Avenue in the Annex that sold for $1,015,000, or the unit at 138 Princess Street in St. Lawrence that was listed for $1,095,000 (I really love those concrete walls!).

But it is a lot cheaper than this 2 bedroom Liberty Village loft at 43 Hanna Avenue!

As far as condos go though, this is pretty great.  Plus, you get to say that your place was designed by Sarah Richardson

(thanks V for sending this in!)
