Since it is the Canada Day Long Weekend Monday...
And the official first weekend of summer, I thought I would check out some old cottage listings I have posted.
And I saw this one was still for sale!
It is a 1.6 acre island with 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms in the main cottage, and more rooms in the guest cottage and boat house.
But the inside is not your typical fancy Muskoka cottage!
This is VERRRY unique.
So unique that the price for this island has dropped from its price last summer of $12,000,000 to....
$7,999,000 this summer.
THAT is a big drop.
But not sure it will help. I just don't think that when people think of cottage, they think of this...
Not to mention the $8 million price tag!
