I like everything about this house except the vent hood (too bad they didn't do the kind that hides and goes up and down from the counter like the one in I mentioned in the post for 63 Macpherson Avenue) and I am not crazy about the location.
It is a corner lot with the driveway fronting onto Blythwood. That is a pretty busy street during rush hour.
But the house makes up for it.
It was listed at $2,995,000.
It sold...
For $2,935,000.
If the location doesn't bother you, this was a REALLY good price.
Maybe the new owners can upgrade that side door though!
It doesn't really belong in this house.
